During the assembly sequence, several positions were merged into two Gemini positions during some shifts these positions and their call signs are listed in the 4th column. The name Gemini was chosen since the core systems were merged into two positions. After the assembly of the ISS was complete, several positions were permanently combined as shown in the last column. Generally, these positions do not use backroom support, or do so only during special mission activities.
